Online Legal Consultation
Overview
Counsel you can reach, in courts we appear in daily
You do not need to travel to a chamber to get a clear answer. Share your papers securely, pick a time, and speak directly to an advocate by phone, WhatsApp call or video. The consultation is with the advocate who would handle the matter, not an intake desk.
Online consultations work particularly well for first opinions: a notice you have just received, an FIR copy, a builder's agreement, an income-tax order, a frozen bank account message from your bank, or a family matter you want to discuss privately.
For clients outside Mumbai — elsewhere in India or NRIs with property, succession or tax matters in Maharashtra — this is usually the fastest way to establish what can be filed, where, and by when.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
Is online legal advice reliable for court matters?
For assessment, document review and strategy, yes. Filings and appearances still happen physically in the relevant court, which we handle from our Mumbai and Mira Road offices.
Can NRIs consult you from abroad?
Yes. We regularly advise clients abroad on Maharashtra property, tenancy, succession and tax matters, and can act on a properly executed power of attorney.
Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. Whatever you share is treated as privileged and is not disclosed to any third party.
What do the fees depend on?
The complexity of the matter and the volume of documents to review. The consultation fee is confirmed to you before the call is scheduled.
