Corporate Legal Advisor in Mumbai
Overview
Counsel you can reach, in courts we appear in daily
Most legal problems in a business are cheap to prevent and expensive to litigate. As retained corporate legal advisor we sit on the business side of that line — reviewing the contracts, notices and policies that arrive week to week, so disputes are avoided or at least set up properly if they cannot be.
Because the same team also litigates, advisory work here is written with the courtroom in mind: dispute-resolution clauses that hold up, invoicing and acknowledgement trails that survive a recovery suit, and employment documentation that stands scrutiny.
Engagements are structured as monthly or annual retainers with a defined scope, so you know what is covered and what is billed separately.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
How is a retainer different from paying per matter?
A retainer covers recurring advisory — contract review, notices, policy work — at a fixed monthly cost. Litigation and transactions are quoted separately so the retainer stays predictable.
Do you advise early-stage startups?
Yes. Founder arrangements, employment documentation, customer contracts and basic compliance are usually where the value is highest at that stage.
Can you work alongside our existing counsel or CS?
Yes. We routinely coordinate with company secretaries, auditors and existing litigation counsel rather than displacing them.
Is there a minimum retainer term?
We usually start with a three-month term so both sides can judge fit, then move to annual engagement.
