Institutional Empanelment

APS Law accepts empanelment as panel counsel for banks, non-banking finance companies, housing finance companies, asset reconstruction companies, corporates and institutions that need reliable representation across Mumbai, Thane and Mira Road.

Panel work is handled from our Crawford Market chambers for the Bombay High Court, DRT, City Civil Court and Metropolitan Magistrate courts, and from our Mira Road chambers for the Thane District Court and the Mira Road, Bhayandar and Vasai courts. Files are attended by Adv. Sandeep Shukla and Adv. Rajan Pandey, with structured monthly reporting to your legal or credit team.

Please note: this page is for institutions considering APS Law for their own panel of advocates. We do not offer empanelment assistance, consultancy or introductions to advocates, firms, vendors or agencies seeking a panel seat elsewhere.

Why APS Law on Your Panel

Responsive counsel, not a name on a list

Two chambers, one panel

Crawford Market for the Bombay High Court, DRT, City Civil Court and Metropolitan Magistrate courts; Mira Road for Thane District Court, Mira Road and Bhayandar courts. One panel appointment covers both belts.

Advocates attend, not messengers

Panel matters are attended by Adv. Sandeep Shukla or Adv. Rajan Pandey. You are never left with a clerk's note as your only update on a listed matter.

Structured monthly reporting

A monthly status sheet per matter — last date, next date, stage, developments and recommended action — in your own MIS format if you have one.

Same-day response on urgent matters

Injunctions, possession obstruction, arrest threats and interim applications get a same-day response; routine queries within 24 working hours.

Transparent, itemised fees

An agreed schedule at the time of empanelment — per matter, per appearance or monthly retainer — with GST-compliant itemised invoices.

No conflict, no sub-contracting

Conflicts are checked before accepting a file, and panel matters are not quietly farmed out to unrelated counsel.

Empanelment Process

Four steps, 5–10 working days

01

Inquiry

Write to admin@apslaw.co.in or call +91 98200 96678 with the institution's name and type, the practice areas you want covered, and your approximate annual matter volume.

02

Profile submission

We send the firm profile package — advocate enrolment certificates, credentials, matter experience overview, PAN, GST and chamber address proof — plus any form your empanelment policy prescribes.

03

Review & discussion

Your legal, credit or compliance team reviews the profile. We then discuss coverage, reporting formats, turnaround commitments and the fee schedule.

04

Engagement letter

On approval, an empanelment or engagement letter records scope, fees, reporting obligations and response commitments. First referrals can follow immediately.

Documentation we provide

  • Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa enrolment certificates
  • Advocate profiles and academic credentials
  • Firm profile with matter experience overview
  • PAN and GST registration details
  • Chamber address proof — Mumbai and Thane
