Theme & Opportunity
A Crime Scene Investigation Competition “Decode The Clues; A Women’s Day Forensic Law Quest” A Self Advocacy Activity is organised to mark International Women’s Day. The event aims to provide students with a platform to apply their legal knowledge, analytical skills, and creativity in addressing scenarios related to crime and women’s safety. It will also serve as an opportunity to highlight the importance of gender equality and women’s rights within the legal framework.
Team Composition
Each team shall comprise 3 members only (Law Mandatory) The team must consist of either 2 law students and 1 member can be specializing in forensics (or any relevant disciplinary) or only 3 law students can be participated.There is no limit to the number of teams that may participate from the same institution/Colleges/Universities.
Registration Details
All teams must register online via the registration form circulated along with the Brochure.There will be no refund of registration fees. Communication of confirmation will be sent via email. Any failure or non-adherence with the procedure may be treated as withdrawal from the competition and no claim of whatsoever nature shall be entertained thereafter.Results will be declared in the Valedictory Ceremony on 8th March 2025.
Awards
The team that scores the highest in the final round shall be declared as the Best Team awarded a cash prize of Rs. 21000/. The other team with the second-best score in the final round shall be declared as the “Runners-up team” and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 11000/The next will be declared as the “Second Runner-up team” and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 7000/ All winners will be awarded with trophy & a Certificate of Merit. All participants will be awarded with a Certificate of Participation.
