About the Course
This Advanced Certificate Course on Drafting and New Criminal Laws offers a structured understanding of India’s new criminal justice framework through the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), enacted in 2023.
The course covers five key modules — from the rationale behind the reforms to practical drafting. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of substantive offences, procedural mechanisms, and evidentiary rules, while also developing hands-on drafting skills relevant to modern criminal practice.
