In a significant step towards strengthening Institutional collaborations, Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Academy of Indirect Taxes and Customs (N.A.C.I.N.) today. This partnership aims to foster mutual growth and development in the field of indirect taxation and customs laws.
The MoU signed between the University and N.A.C.I.N. sets out the goals of: –
Joint organization of symposia, conferences, workshops, and other educational events.Exchange of information on developments in teaching methodologies, trainee development, and research activities.Co-sharing of training resources on various legal and procedural topics.Development of collaborative research and training programs.Mutual utilization of each other’s facilities and resources for educational purposes.
Prof. Vivekanandan, Vice Chancellor of H.N.L.U. remarked,
“This MoU will mutually benefit H.N.L.U. and N.A.C.I.N. in the areas of capacity building, research and advocacy. There will be a mutual learning curve between the partner institutions in the crucial segments of GST, Customs and Narcotics.”
