School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University is organizing a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Construction Law, Contracts, and Arbitration. The FDP is free of cost and aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry through expert-led sessions.

Programme Schedule
- Day 1 & Day 2 (3 hours per day) (8th & 9th Nov.) Theme: Overview of Construction Law & Standard Forms of Contracts
- Day 3 & Day 4 (2 hours per day) (10th & 11th Nov.) Theme: Discussion on Specific Issues leading to dispute
- Day 5 (2 hours) (12th Nov.) Theme: Project Planning, Procurement & Documentation
- Day 6 (2 hours) (13th Nov.) Theme: Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism
- Day 7 (2 hours) (14th Nov.) Theme: Arbitration in Construction Industry
Final Assessment
- Mandatory Attendance for all scheduled sessions. Classes would be scheduled in the evening 7:00 pm onwards.
- Case study based assessment.
- Thought leadership opinion/article (approx. 600 words).
