Document is an extract from the land records register
of any district, maintained by the revenue department of the state government
of Maharashtra. It is traditionally called ‘Saath Baara Utara’ in Maharashtra. .
How to get 7/12 extract?
In
order to obtain the 7/ 12 extract, you need to visit the nearest Tehsildar’s
office and apply for the 7/12 document for the desired tenure.
The 7/12 document can also be accessed from the Maharashtra
government’s website. Visit the website and find your locality in the district
map to view the 7/12 extract.
