DNLU Jabalpur hosts Scholarly Discussion on 75 Years of the Indian Constitution

Jabalpur, 07th February 2025 — Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, played host to an enriching academic discussion on 7th February 2025, marking the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution. The event witnessed the distinguished presence of Prof. (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao, Vice Chancellor, IIULER, Goa, and Prof. (Dr.) T.V. Subba Rao, Chairperson, VSLLS, Delhi, who engaged in an insightful discourse on India’s constitutional journey.

The session was conducted under the esteemed leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of DNLU, Jabalpur. Registrar Dr. Praveen Tripathi also played a key role in facilitating the event, which served as a platform for profound intellectual discussions. The book titled Personal Data Protection Rights, authored by Dr. Ashit Srivastava and Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh, was launched by Lexis Nexis. Additionally, the edited volume Transcending the Binary: Exploring Transgender Rights, edited by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha and Dr. Ashit Srivastava, was also unveiled. These publications contribute significantly to the evolving legal discourse in India.
