BMCC Commerce Laboratory – Moot Court Society, Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce Pune is organising the 9th Late. Shri. Vijay A. Chavan National Moot Court Competition and Memorial Lecture scheduled to be held on 22nd February 2025.
About the Competition
This year’s moot proposition (problem) revolves around a corporate law dispute between Tony Stark and Asgard International, set in a fictional country of Aryavart, following a controversy that led to the termination of a high-profile restaurant venture. This case explores critical issues of arbitration, contractual disputes, corporate governance and defamation, offering a chance to the mooters to analyze the complexities of the case in front of a distinguished panel of judges.

INR 450 per team.
