Moot Court Society, University School of Law, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali Campus is organising its 8th RBU Moot Court Competition, scheduled to take place on 8th March & 9th March,2025.
About the Institution
University School of Law, Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali is recognized by UGC (University Grants commission) and BCI (Bar Council of India) and is imparting legal education with its liberal outlook since 2005 in an inter disciplinary manner. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the Indian legal system and its institutions and procedures.
About the Competition
The 8 RBU Moot Court Competition is a prestigious event hosted by Rayat Bahra University, bringing together law students from across the nation to showcase their legal knowledge and advocacy skills. Participants will engage in challenging rounds on complex legal issues, judged by distinguished legal professionals. This competition fosters professional growth, networking, and learning, offering workshops and seminars led by experts.
Eligibility
The competition is open for all and any student who ispursuing LLB (three year) / BA.LL.B/ B.COM.LL.B/ B.BA.LL.B (five year) course during the current academic year.
Location
The 8th RBU Moot Court Competition will be held offline at the University School of Law, Rayat Bahra University, located in Kharar, Punjab, India

Registration Fee
Fee for oral rounds Rs 4,000/- Per Team (including accommodation and food)
Note: There will be no registration cost. Only qualified teams must pay an oral round fee; the Team Leads will be sent a message with the bank account details via mail.
